The Committee also provides continuing review of all approved protocols. The Committee reviews
- reports about the study provided by the investigator,
- injuries or other unanticipated problems involving risks to subjects or others,
- any noncompliance with the regulations, approved protocol, or requirements of the Committee, and
- any complaints received about a project.
The Committee may require a modification in, a suspension of, or termination of an approved protocol
based upon the above reviews.
